I have spent the past 10 years working as an HR Corporate professional, where I was regularly involved in supporting leadership, developing talent and had the opportunity to hire coaches to support individuals within their career growth. I was able to witness first hand the value of coaching and the transformations it created.
While life originally led me to a career in human resources, with great reflection, I realized that my superpowers were more aligned with coaching. Now I get to help people redefine their path and walk away with a sense of purpose which is incredibly fulfilling.

I bring intense energy and dedication into my coaching which seamlessly blends into my ability to support others in their journey to find happiness. I am passionate in helping people understand that anything is possible with the right support. When I am not coaching, you can find me working out, cooking, spending time with my family and friends, or baking my favorite foods such as, cake, muffins and cookies.

I have also been through multiple life transitions including becoming a mother, relocating to Canada and the US, and changing my own career. My ability to create deep connections, raise the bar on empathy, and be a devoted cheerleader to inspire my clients, however, is what truly sets me apart.
